Westmoreland Museum of American Art

Community outreach efforts focused in design, education, and involvement marketing the museum and museum shop.

During the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, the Westmoreland Museum of American Art sought to expand the museum experience into the virtual space while they could not operate physically. During this time, I had the opportunity to create virtual experiences through design and media creation, a virtual blog, and digital event coordination. Additionally, I stepped into the role of digitally marketing the Museum Shop to promote independent artists, their products, and the museum experience while in-person shopping is limited.

The Westmoreland Museum of American Art focuses on promoting independent creators and artists and educate the public in a safe and inspiring space. The Westmoreland works to maintain and advance the museum experience for all visitors.
