Event Consultation
Planning and event can be daunting. You may not even know where to begin! With Darrah by Design, the process is stress-free. After a short conversation about your event, you will have a better understanding of budgets, needs, and schedules.
Experience Curation
Our event services go beyond planning. I transform them into productions through a full event design, creating visual stories, and aesthetic curation. With the perfect entertainment, menu, personal touches, and more, I create memories that will last a lifetime.
Vendor Coordination
Overwhelmed with all the details and emails? I specialize in coordinating directly with a trusted list of vendors for everything from catering, entertainment, florals, bartending, rentals, and venues. I handle all communication, billing and schedules so you can enjoy your day.
Day-Of Logistics
During the days leading up to your event, I work directly with vendors and staff to coordinate all prep and scheduling. I will be present on site during the day of the event, handle all set up and logistics for the day, and coordinate the tear down tasks. Just arrive and enjoy!
Budget Management
After our initial consultation, I will work to create a customized cost plan that fits your needs and budget. Throughout the process, I will ensure that all measures are taken to remain cost effective and create an experience with this in mind. I can even handle all billing and invoicing.
Design, Decor, & Drink Services

Cafe Consultation
Cost: $50
To get started with Darrah by Design, we meet in a stress-free environment to begin discussion. If you book, this fee can be put towards your final balance.
All Inclusive
Cost: Your Budget + Coordinating Fee
For the easiest experience, you can opt for full budget coordination. You pay directly for our services upfront, and handle payment to vendors. For this option, we add our service percentage and day rate to the budget.
Benefits: One-Time Payment, Streamlined Communication
Design Services
Cost: Contact for Quotes, 50% Upfront
For design and drink services, a custom quote will be created to fit your needs. A 50% deposit is required to cover material and labor costs.

Hourly Rate
Cost: Paid by Hour
For smaller events or unique situations, an hourly rate may be billed in place of, or in addition to the total event quote.
